Vacuum evaporators

Vacuum evaporators are used to treat industrial wastewater to recover the water contained and reduce the volume of liquid disposals.

Thanks to the use of near vacuum pressure, the evaporation of water solution is possible at the temperature below 40°C, which significantly reduces power consumption and operating costs of the device. The process allows for recovering more than 90% of distilled water.

For the use with aggressive liquids, they are built with special materials such as: Titanium, Superduplex, Sanicro28 and internal coating with Halar®.
