Rösler's vibrofinishing technology is based on chemical and mechanical surface treatment. The work pieces, medium, water and compound are placed in the work bowl and then set i motion by a vibration drive. This causes a constant mutual movement of the media and the treated parts. The interaction of water, media, comopund and the machine results in the desired effect on the surface (i.e. deburring, grinding or polishing).
