Thanks to the vacuum technology applied the dryer allows for quicker drying and cooling of the membranes before the analysis.

Working time is around 7 minutes.

Additional advantage is limited influence of the contamination coming from the outside.

The membrane is transported to the dryer (and then to the balance or microscope) in a Petri dish.

This is a solution for big elements - chamber designed for elements up to 500 kg and up to 2.000 mm.

Comfortable system for rinsing and flushing of the elements. Suitable manipulator facilitates easier and handling and loaing/unloading of the elements.

The system works in accordance with VDA19 and ISO 16232.

Two working stations - two working chambers connected in one testing system. Rinsing, flushing,  immersion and ultrasound.

The chamber is closed with double sliding door protecting the working area from contamination coming from outside during the machine's standstill.

Bottom of the chamber comprises of basin made of polished stainless steel with dimensions: 1.200 x 800 mm.

MAximum weights of the tested elements can be up to 100 kg, evenly distributed.

Interior of the chamber is characterized by perfectly smooth surface and flawless construction.

The machine allows for testing with flushing method and immersion with ultrasound.

ACM18 is dedicted for testing of small and medium elements (up to 50 cm). Testing element can be up to 15 kg.

Interior of the chamber comprises of basin made of polished stainless steel with dimensions of 600 x 750 mm. Inside the chamber there is a spraying head with nozzle and a stand for hanging the head.

The machine is equipped with three stage membrane holder suitable for membrane with diameter 47 mm.

The machine has got temperature sensors and level sensor. These parameters are constantly monitored by a separate security system. This causes that the chamber can be classified as EX Zone 2.
