Fully automatic sludge removal.
The removal of sludge is carried out fully automatic. The sludge is discharged onto a sludge cart with a capacity of 300 liters, which is placed under the centrifuge. After the sludge removal process, the impeller is automatically flushed.
Chemical process of wastewater treatment is carried out by a proper dosing of appropriate selected chemical compounds.
Currently the process is based on:
- flocculation
- flocculation as a medium improving standard processes
- neutralisation
- combination of various processes

Semi-automatic device with a compact footprint, which allows for assembly near the vibrofinishing machine.
The machine can be equipped with an additional clean water tank. Automatic system of additive compound dosing is also available.
