As a drying medium special corn grains or walnut shells (with the appearance and consistency of crushed cork). As a result of appropriate vibrations of the heated working tank of the device, the elements move "immersed" in the medium that takes away moisture from their surface. This type of medium, in addition to drying, also guarantees the absence of stains, streaks and surface gloss. The wheel dryer can operate in continuous or cyclical mode.
These machines are equipped with system separating work pieces from drying granulate. The working bowl is covered with a layer of polyurethane, which protects the element from damage. Temperature regulation and working time clock allow for adjusting the process to the characteristics of the elements and the customer's needs. Dryers are available in the capacities from 150 l up to 1500 l.
