We can perform technical cleanliness tests in the accredited laboratory (ISO 17025, ISO 16232 and VDA 19.1). We can do the following tests according to the technical cleanliness requirements:
- declining curve - the analysis made in order to determine appropriate parameters of the methods for parts' cleanliness check,
- gravimetry - determines total weight of contamination flushed from the part's surface,
- counting of particles - determines the number of the particles in defined size ranges,
- defining the concentration of oil residues,
- material contamination analysis - organic and non-organic particles can be analysed.
In order to prepare an offer we need the following information:
- part: material, dimensions, weight, surface in cm2,
- customer's norms and specifications,
- cleanliness limits (customer's requirements referring to surface cleanliness).
