EN How to remove the burrs in hardly accessible areas?
What kind of treatment should be used in case of hardly accessible areas such as through/blind/cross holes, threads or other zones that cannot be treated mechanically?
The best solution is thermal (explosive) deburring, which is a process there all burrs and edges are burnt out.

The elements are placed in a pressure chamber filled with a mixture of gases and then the ignition is initiated. Hydrogen, methan and neutral gas are gases that can be used for this process. When the mixture of gases is heated up the temperature increases up to 2.500 - 3.000 C within several miliseconds. This causes accumulation of heat that burns out the burrs. The oxide covers the surface of the element.
Usually, the parts after thermal deburring have to be cleaned, becuase while removing the burrs some residues in the form of oxides occur. Cleaning process is not obligatory when there are subsequent processes, e.g. galvanisation.
Thermal deburring guarantees that threads or particularly sensitive zones will not be deformed or damaged. It is a repetitive and reliable process.
