Our company presented one of innovative method of waste water processing, i.e. vacuum evaporator. This advanced technology makes possible to remove contamination and concentrate substances in industrial waste water and at the same time minimize water consumption.
Vacuum evaporators allow treating industrial waste water by separating the aqueous phase from process pollutants using low pressure. Distillation takes place in a boiler kept under vacuum to bring the solution to the boil point, which leads to water evaporation. Then water steam is condensed and separated from solid and dissolved substances. This concentrated flow is then processed or disposed of.
Vacuum evaporators offer many advantages over traditional waste water treatment methods. Firstly, they enable a significant reduction in the volume of waste water, which in turn minimizes the costs of transportation and storage. Moreover, this process allows the recovery of valuable substances from waste, such as salt or other minerals, which can be reused in various industries (evaporator with crystallizer option).
Vacuum evaporators are also ecological since they’re reducing water consumption. Water evaporated during the treatment can be partially or completely recovered and used in other industrial process or irrigation. This in turn contributes to the sustainable management of water resources.
What is important, vacuum evaporators are also effective in removing organic and inorganic pollutants coming from industrial or chemical waste water. This process allows for the reduction of the concentration of toxic substances and effectively reduces their impact on the natural environment.
