Implementation of manufacturing cell used in production processes
The company Zygmunt J. Głuchowski s.c. Zygmunt Głuchowski i Helena Głuchowska Kooperacja Przemysłowo-Handlowa received a grant under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme for the project “Implementation of manufacturing cell used in production processes”
The subject of the project is an introduction of a new technological line which will enable the Beneficiary to provide services for a wide range of customers (both retail and wholesale), who have parts of various dimensions and quality requirements, and that require individual approach. Positive impact on the environment will be an additional benefit through minimizing waste subject to disposal, as well as multiple use of water thanks to its purification and work in a closed loop. This will be possible thanks to the purchase of a device enabling post process water treatment in a closed circuit, as well as waste water treatment system. The project includes also a purchase and installation of photovoltaics, which will allow the Beneficiary to produce the energy in a sustainable manner and tailored to its needs, which in turn will support the development of renewable energy and the reduction of CO2 emission into the atmosphere.
The project aims to expand current activities by providing services of vibrofnishing process for metal components, as well as development in the field of renewable energy and waste reduction thanks to the applied closed loop system.
